On the 2011 annual summary commendation congress, vice secretary of party committee Teng Zhongbin read a commendation decision and delivered the awards for 68 advanced collective, 103 advanced individuals. At last deputy director of municipal  construction bureau Zhang Wen and chairman of the board of directors of our group company Xu Pengqiang made important speech respectively. Chairman Xu Pengqiang said finally that the most fundamental measures to achieve better vision of enterprise development is depending on the staff, the most fundamental purpose is to all the staff.
